The villa entrance sets the scene for a uniquely designed interior with the central focus of a grand open-plan dining and luxury kitchen concept with ocean views.  An infinity edge pool, with jacuzzi spa, leads out from this main area to provide a view across the north of the island incorporating the island of Koh Phanghan, Bangrak bay and Big Buddha

Four spacious bedrooms, all of which have ocean views, each have their own unique design and furnishings. There are two master bedrooms each one with en-suite bathroom with oversized bathtub, contemporary design shower and twin glass washbasins. The bedrooms 3 and 4 both have an adjacent shared bathroom.

The luxury kitchen is superbly equipped with a water purification system, large double door fridge/freezer with high specification oven, hob, microwave, coffee making machine, toaster, kettle, rice-cooker and a complete selection of ovenware, dining ware, cutlery, glassware and kitchen tools.

Booking Policy

Initial Deposit:   An initial deposit of 50 % of the villa rental is required to confirm a booking. No contractual obligation will exist prior to receipt of funds. If funds are not received within 5 banking days, the reservation shall be deemed to have been cancelled.
For bookings of less than one week, or bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time or reservation.

Balance Payment:   Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 30 days before the arrival date. Should the lessor of the Villa not receive the balance by the due date, they reserve the right to cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellation/No show Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time by notifying us in writing by email. The following cancellation terms apply: more than 30 days prior to arrival, forfeiture of the deposit; less than 30 days prior to arrival, total cost have to be paid. If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking you must notify us by e-mail. The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The above cancellation charges also apply if the lessor of the Villa cancels the booking due to non payment of the balance.
